Five Systems Behind Generator Readiness
Generator reliability is supported by several product systems. Start with the operating problem, then follow the relevant product route and technical evidence.
Prepare the engine and its working fluids
Engine Preheaters provide coolant-heating routes, while Oil Heaters are designed for lubricating-oil or diesel heating. These are separate product types for different media and structural requirements.
Support charging and battery temperature
Smart Battery Chargers cover 12 V and 24 V charging configurations. BTW battery heating pads and sleeves provide automatic temperature control, high-temperature protection and power/heating indication at series level.
Connect operation to the correct controller family
Generator Controllers provide model-specific control routes. Monitoring Modules must be matched to listed compatible controller models.
Choose the power-source transfer route
ATS Controllers include two-way and three-way power-conversion-control product paths. Final control sequence and device requirements must be reviewed for the project.
Use the parallel-controller product family
Ruikang Parallel Controllers are listed for parallel operation of two or more generator units. Model selection remains subject to project inputs and human confirmation.
